PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnosis apparatus, when checking a plurality of captured image series, allowing a user to concentrate on check of the images without moving a view point back and forth among the image series.SOLUTION: The medical image diagnosis apparatus includes layers on one image display area on a display thereof, and reads image series 301, 302, and 303 into the respective layers, where a layer and an image are changed by scrolling layers 304 and scrolling images 307 by a users simple operation of a device at hand such as a key 306 of a keyboard 305, and a wheel 309 of a mouse 308.
