PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braided yarn which is excellent in water-draining properties and wear resistance, and which is flexible and excellent in handleability.SOLUTION: Filaments of a multifilament yarn are adhered to each other to be integrated. Then, the integrated multifilament yarn is used as a constituent yarn to be braided. For adhesion, the filaments can be self-fused to each other by heating or can be adhered to each other via a heat-adhesive resin or an adhesive. When the filaments are self-fused by heating, tension is applied to the multifilament yarn.
