This invention discloses a fish and aquatic plant coexistence circulating device in which an aquarium for culturing fishes is mainly utilized. A bottom planting water tank is arranged below the aquarium and a plurality of planting tanks are superposed above the aquarium, wherein the aquarium, the planting tanks and the bottom planting water tank are fixedly arranged on an upper frame body so as to be superposed and the planting tanks and the bottom planting water tank are used for placing planting floating plate bodies on which aquatic plants are planted to plant. Water with a certain depth is introduced to the bottom planting water tank which is provided with a water pumping device and an automatic water level sensing switch and the water pumping device is used for pumping and conveying water in the bottom planting water tank into the planting tank at the highest position by an introduction pipe. When the depth of water accumulated in each planting tank is higher than a siphon of the planting tank, siphoning is automatically generated to suck and discharge water in the planting tank into the next planting tank or the aquarium through a sprinkling pipe. The water, which is filtered by filter materials in a filter tank, in the aquarium is discharged into the bottom planting water tank through the introduction pipe and the sprinkling pipe to form continuous circulation.
