A partially implantable port underneath the skin of a patients body comprising at least one tank element, a medication outlet fixedly connected to said at least one tank element, an upright tubular element having a lower portion fixedly connected to an upper portion of said at least one tank element and having an upper portion provided with a connecting element, a blocking element being provided into said upright tubular element, said upper portion of said at least one tank element remaining outside the skin of a patient after the partially implantable port is implanted.
