PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tibial cutting guide permitting fine tuning of the position of the cutting guide and thus alignment of eminence resection slots of the cutting guide relative to the tibial eminence.SOLUTION: A tibial cutting guide 10 includes an upper portion 12 and a lower portion 16 that have patient-matched surfaces 14, 18. The upper portion defines resection slots 22, 24 for forming resection about the tibial eminence. The lower portion defines two pin slots 26, 28 for receiving alignment pins 30, 32 so that in use the position of the resection slots relative to the tibial eminence can be adjusted by sliding the cutting guide along the alignment pins placed in the tibia through the pin slots.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】切断ガイドの位置の微調整を可能にし、脛骨隆起に対して切断ガイドの隆起切除スロットをアライメントすることができる脛骨切断ガイドを提供する。【解決手段】脛骨切断ガイド１０は、患者に合わせた表面１４、１８を有する上位部１２及び下位部１６を含む。上位部が、脛骨隆起辺りの切除を形成する切除スロット２２、２４を画定する。下位部が、アライメント・ピン３０、３２を受容するための２つのピン・スロット２６，２８を画定し、これにより、使用中に、脛骨隆起に対して切除スロットの位置が、ピン・スロットを通して脛骨内に配置されたアライメント・ピンに沿って当該切断ガイドをスライドすることによって調整可能である。【選択図】図１
