The present invention relates to a composition comprising a mixture of Eucommia ulmoides, Citrus paradise, and Ecklonia cava as an active ingredient. The mixture of Eucommia ulmoides, Citrus paradise, and Ecklonia cava extracts of the present invention inhibits CDK1 and CDK2 gene expression, adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (AP) gene and a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) gene expression, and proliferation and differentiation of preadipocyte cells, wherein CDK1 and CDK2 are transcriptional activators associated with cell proliferation; and AP and PPAR-γ are transcriptional activators for an adipocyte formation. Thus, the mixture of Eucommia ulmoides, Citrus paradise, and Ecklonia cava extracts of the present invention can be usefully applied to prevention and treatment of obesity.본 발명은 두충, 자몽 및 감태 혼합물을 유효 성분으로 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 두충, 자몽, 및 감태의 혼합 추출물은 세포 증식 관련 전사 활성인자인 CDK1과 CDK2 유전자의 발현을 억제하고, 지방세포형성 전사 활성인자인 AP(adipocyte fatty acid binding protein) 및 PPAR-γ(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ) 유전자의 발현을 억제하며, 지방전구세포의 증식 및 분화를 억제하고, 비만의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
