Preferably, fluid flows through annular opening 61 formed by slots in sleeve. Preferably, one aperture moves beyond a rim of the sleeve and the chamber comprises seal between the chamber and the sleeve. Preferably, chamber comprises flat base 10. Preferably sleeve comprises annular flange with screw thread 34 connecting to bottle screw thread 30. Preferably a cap comprises a push button to cause sliding of the chamber, where the button has a recess for accommodating a teat.
