Said means (6) of the control means comprise two combs (7) arranged in the direction of advance, with each roller disposed between two teeth of each comb (7) and means (8) of the driving of the combs (7) and of the rollers in a direction of movement perpendicular to the plane passing through the axis of rotation of the rollers (2) in the direction of movement or a separation of the combs (7) and of the rollers (2).
