The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating marine products by each population and, more specifically, to an apparatus for separating marine products by each population, configured to easily separate marine products by each population while preventing damage to a lump of the marine products acquired as a plurality of populations attached to a rod line and grown thereon. The apparatus comprises: a cylindrical body having an inlet formed in an upper portion, through which a lump of the marine products where a plurality of marine populations are agglomerated is introduced, and a discharge hole formed on a lower portion, through which the marine populations are discharged； and a column-shaped rotating drum disposed in the body separately from an inner wall of the body to be rotated. A plurality of chains are formed vertically along an inner circumference of the body and an outer circumference of the rotating drum. A part of each chain is attached while a predetermined length of the chain along a longitudinal direction is not attached, thereby having support force and flexibly, and thus, it is possible to separate the marine populations while minimizing damage to the lump of the marine products.
