PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device for a fishing lamp that can easily switch the light emission of LEDs while ensuring the waterproofness of the fishing lamp.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 for a fishing lamp is disposed within the fishing lamp 1 formed in sealed structure, and is operated by a battery BT. The lighting device 10 includes: a plurality of LEDs 16 a command device 14 outputting a command signal based on a supply signal supplied from a signal generating source outside the fishing lamp 1 and a controller 15 selecting a predetermined light emission method from a plurality of predetermined light emission methods based on the command signal from the command device 14 and supplying the LEDs 16 with control electric power corresponding to the selected light emission method.
