A two-stage atomizer having a primary heating element and a secondary heating element. The primary heating element heats a fluid to generate an aerosol with a given average particle size. The secondary heating element reheats the aerosol from the first heating element to produce a final aerosol having a reduced average particle size. The two-stage atomizer is configured to operate with an electronic vaporizer device having a power source and control electronics.La présente invention concerne un atomiseur à deux étages muni d'un élément chauffant principal et d'un élément chauffant secondaire. L'élément chauffant principal chauffe un fluide pour produire un aérosol présentant une taille de particules moyenne donnée. L'élément chauffant secondaire réchauffe l'aérosol provenant du premier élément chauffant pour produire un aérosol final possédant une taille de particules moyenne réduite. L'atomiseur à deux étages est configuré de manière à fonctionner avec un dispositif de vaporisation électronique muni d'une source d'alimentation et d'un circuit électronique de commande.
