The present invention relates to a multi-functional mat and, more particularly, to a multi-functional mat, capable of freely changing a lying posture of a user, and being interchangeably used for various purposes, i.e., the old and the infirm, and the disabled basically can use the mat for a mat purpose, and also use the mat for a bathtub purpose or the like by enabling a user to take a bath without a separate movement. The mat comprises: a mat base with a plane structure and an inclining device installed in the mat base to perform a motion of inclining a human body. The inclining device is configured to appear and disappear, and has a structure in which the height is increased from the inner side thereof towards an outer side thereof when protruding. According to the present invention, when the inclining device is operated while a user lies down, an inclining member performs an angular movement, whereby the structure of the inclining device in which the height is increased from the inner side thereof towards an outer side thereof is formed, thereby freely changing the lying posture of the user since the human body of the user is inclined to one side. Therefore, since a pressure concentrating on a specific position of the human body is removed and ventilation is secured on a back portion of the human body, blood circulation and metabolism of patients lying down in bed for a long period of time or patients suffering from paralysis such as paraplegia, general paralysis, etc. are smoothly performed, thereby preventing a bedsore. Moreover, since a work of changing postures of patients by moving the patients is automatically performed by the inclining device, the convenience of use is improved.
