摘要：: Compound with structural formula I is CETP inhibitor including the officinal salt of the compound, and can increase HDL- cholesterol with what, reduce LDL- cholesterol, and treat or prevent atherosclerosis with what. In formula (I) compound, B or R2 is phenyl, it is with ortho position aryl, heterocycle, benzheterocycle base or benzo naphthenic substituent, and an other positions on 5 former rings have aryl, heterocycle, naphthenic base, benzheterocycle base or the benzo naphthenic substituent for being connected directly with ring or being connected via-CH2- with ring.具有結構式I的化合物,包括該化合物的可藥用鹽在內,是CETP抑制劑,並且可用於升高HDL-膽固醇、降低LDL-膽固醇,以及用於治療或預防動脈粥樣硬化。在式(I)化合物中,B或R2是苯基,其具有鄰位芳基、雜環基、苯并雜環基或苯并環烷基取代基,並且在5原環上的一個其它位置具有與環直接相連或者經由-CH2-與環相連的芳基、雜環基、環烷基、苯并雜環基或苯并環烷基取代基。
