An objective of the present invention provides a medical tube and a plasticity variable apparatus having the same capable of providing a plasticity variable medical tube having high flexibility and a smaller diameter. To this end, the apparatus includes an internal tube (200), and a plurality of cylinder shaped ring type joints (1) to insert the internal tube (200) inside, wherein the cylinder shaped ring type joints (1) are configured to be sequentially connected with each other while the internal tube (200) is inserted inside. The ring type joint (1) includes an interlocking part (11) to interlock one ring type joint with the inside of a corresponding ring type joint (1) and a counter interlocking part (12) to interlock with the interlocking part of another ring type joint (1), wherein a diameter of the interlocking part (11) increases toward an end of the ring type joint (10) and the interlocking part (11) comprises at least one cut-off part (13) extending in a direction intersecting with the radial direction.
