The present invention relates to a peptide specifically binding to histamine and, more particularly, to a peptide specifically binding to histamine, which is confirmed as the peptide specifically binding to histamine by screening peptides specifically binding to histamine, which is one of causative agents for causing pruritus or allergic reaction, by using a phage display library, a nucleic acid molecule for encoding the same, a recombinant expression vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule, a transformant transformed into the recombinant expression vector, a composition and a kit comprising the same for detecting histamine and diagnosing pruritus, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same for preventing or treating pruritus, and a health functional food composition and a cosmetic composition comprising the same for preventing or ameliorating pruritus.본 발명은 히스타민에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드에 관한 발명으로서, 자세하게는 파지 디스플레이 라이브러리를 이용하여 가려움증 또는 알레르기 반응을 일으키는 원인 물질 중 하나인 히스타민에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드를 스크리닝하여, 히스타민에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드를 확인한 것으로서, 히스타민에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드, 이를 암호화하는 핵산 분자, 상기 핵산분자를 포함하는 재조합 발현벡터, 상기 재조합 발현벡터로 형질 전환된 형질전화, 이를 포함하는 히스타민 검출 및 가려움증 진단용 조성물 및 키트, 이를 포함하는 가려움증 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 가려움증 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품조성물 및 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
