PURPOSE: A method and a device for delivering a functional material are provided to make bubbles with a desired size and to enhance absorption rate of the functional material. CONSTITUTION: A method for making bubbles which promotes delivery of a functional material comprises: a step of providing a first mixture containing a shell material of a predetermined ratio； a step of mixing the first mixture and core materials and providing a second mixture； a step of filtering the second mixture and providing bubbles with 3-450 um of radius； and a step of separating the bubbles by size. A device(10) for delivering the functional material comprises: a main body part(100) which outputs ultrasonic wave oscillation； and a probe part(200) which is connected to the main body part and applies the ultrasonic wave oscillation to the subject.기능성 물질 전달 장치는 본체부 및 프로부를 포함한다. 상기 본체부는 기능성 물질과 혼합되어 혼합물로서 대상체에 전달되는 기포의 크기와 연동되는 파장을 갖는 초음파 발진을 출력한다. 상기 프로부는 상기 본체부와 연결되고, 상기 본체부로부터 전송된 초음파 발진을 상기 혼합물이 도포된 대상체와 접촉하여 상기 대상체에 인가한다. 상기 기포의 크기와 연동되는 파장을 갖는 초음파 발진은 상기 대상체에 도포된 상기 기포에 공동화 현상을 발생시킨다.
