The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling the generation of ultrasonic waves and ions for massages which are capable of maximizing effects of a massage using cosmetics by simultaneously injecting ultrasonic waves and ions into skin regions that come in contact with a massager. An apparatus for controlling the generation of ultrasonic waves and ions for massages according to the present invention comprises: a power supply part including a socket which is connected to a battery, a button part, a driving circuit part, and an adapter to supply a power source required for ultrasonic wave oscillation to the battery, the button part, the driving circuit part, and the adapter by receiving the power source, and a battery which stores the power source supplied through the socket, the socket and the battery being installed at an inner side of a handle of a body of the power supply part a button part which includes a power button, and supplies the power source supplied from the socket or the power source supplied from the battery to drive a massager a driving circuit part which oscillates ultrasonic waves, generates ions, and stably drives a touch electrode formed on an outer side of a case an MCU which controls and supplies a ultrasonic wave-generating electric current and an ion-generating electric current to the ultrasonic oscillation part and the ion generation part to generate ultrasonic waves and ions through a massage head installed on one side of the case when a user performs skin massage a ultrasonic oscillation part which includes a ultrasonic oscillator to cause ultrasonic oscillation, and to which a predetermined voltage value set by based on a voltage from the MCU is applied to generate ultrasonic waves through the predetermined voltage value a ultrasonic vibrator which generates vibration in the massage head installed on one side of the massager and an ion generation part which generates predetermined ions set based on the voltage
