Verfahren zur Herstellung von gelatinefreien Weichkapselhüllen basierend auf Polyvinylalkohol-Polyether-Pfropfpolymeren als Hüllpolymeren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine wässrige Lösung, enthaltend mindestens 45 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Lösung, einer Polymerkomponente, wobei die Polymerkomponente aus einem Polyvinylalkohol-Polyether-Pfropfpolymeren oder einer Mischung aus Polyvinylalkohol-Polyether-Pfropfpolymeren und Polyvinylalkohol besteht, erhitzt, die Lösung bei einer Temperatur von mindestens 70 °C extrudiert und den entstandenen Film durch Abkühlung verfestigt.Disclosed is a method for producing gelatin-free soft capsule envelopes based on polyvinyl alcohol-polyether graft polymers as enveloping polymers. Said method is characterized in that an aqueous solution containing at least 45 percent by weight of a polymer component which comprises a polyvinyl alcohol-polyether graft polymer or a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol-polyether graft polymers and polyvinyl alcohol is heated, the percentage being in relation to the total weight of the solution, the solution is extruded at a minimum temperature of 70 °C, and the obtained film is solidified by cooling.Linvention concerne un procédé servant à produire des enveloppes de capsules molles exemptes de gélatine, à base de polymères greffés alcool polyvinylique/polyéther en tant que polymères denveloppe. Le procédé selon linvention est caractérisé en ce quon chauffe une solution aqueuse contenant au moins 45 % en poids, par rapport au poids total de la solution, dun constituant polymérique qui est composé dun polymère greffé alcool polyvinylique/polyéther ou dun mélange constitué de polymères greffés alcool polyvinylique/polyéther et dalcool polyvinylique. Cette solution est ensuite extrudée à une température dau moins 70 °C et le film obtenu est consolidé par refroidissement.
