PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform radiation imaging while changing a frame rate.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus includes a sensor and a drive part. The sensor includes: a detection element for detecting a radial ray a first reset part for resetting the detection element a holding part for holding a voltage corresponding to a signal from the detection element a second reset part for resetting the holding part and a first sampling part and a second sampling part. The drive part drives the sensor so as to perform a first operation and a second operation in order. In the first operation, after the holding part holds the voltage corresponding to the signal from the detection element in the case where the detection element is reset by the first reset part, the first sampling part samples a first signal corresponding to the voltage in the holding part that is varied in accordance with dosage detected by the detection element.
