PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device for a bathroom environment capable of preventing the mist of a sterilization liquid from being sucked in a suction opening.SOLUTION: An adjusting device 100 for a bathroom environment comprises a wind generator 210, an exterior member 101, a mist generator 1 and a mist guide face member 350. The wind generator 210 generates wind, and the exterior member 101 has a first blowout opening 104 moving the wind, and a suction opening 103 taking in air. The mist generator 1 is arranged corresponding to the first blowout opening 104 to generate the mist of a sterilization liquid. The mist guide face member 350 covers the suction opening 103. The mist of the sterilization liquid is blown by the wind blowing toward the first blowout opening 104, and the blown mist flows toward at least the mist guide face member 350.
