PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal denture structure in which a hole provided in a denture for removing the denture can be made small as much as possible, and thereby the degradation of aesthetics is suppressed.SOLUTION: A removable denture structure has a taper-shaped abutment 4 mounted to an artificial dental root 3, a crown body 5 where the inside detachably covered on the abutment 4 is formed in a tapered shape, a denture 6 mounted to the crown body 5, a pin hole 7 formed in the side face of the denture 6 and the crown body 5, and a pin contact part 9 formed to the abutment 4 so that a tooth root side portion 8b of the tip 8a of a pin 8 inserted to the pin hole 7 may come in contact therewith. The crown body 5 is fixed to the abutment 4 by the frictional force due to the wedge effect between a taper-shaped outer surface of the abutment 4 and a taper-shaped inner face of the crown body 5. The pin 8 is pressed into the pin hole 7 and the tooth root side portion 8b of the pin tip 8a is pushed to the pin contact part 9 of the abutment 4, and thereby the pin 8 pushes up the pin hole using the reaction force received by the pin tip 8a from the pin contact part 9 and the crown body 5 is moved to the tip side of the abutment 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】義歯を取り外すために義歯に設けられる孔を可及的に小さくでき、審美性の低下を抑えた可撤去性義歯構造を提供する。【解決手段】人工歯根3に装着されたテーパー状の支台4と、支台4に着脱可能に被せられ内部がテーパー状に形成された冠体5と、冠体5に装着された義歯6と、義歯6および冠体5の側面に形成されたピン孔7と、ピン孔7に差し入れたピン8の先端8aの歯根側部分8bが接するように、支台4に形成されたピン接触部9とを有する。支台4のテーパー状の外面と冠体5のテーパー状の内面との間の楔効果による摩擦力によって、冠体5が支台4に固定される。ピン孔7にピン8を押し込んで、ピン先端8aの歯根側部分8bを支台4のピン接触部9に押し付け、ピン先端8aがピン接触部9から受ける反力によってピン8がピン孔を押し上げ、冠体5が支台4の先端側に移動される。【選択図】図2
