More particularly, the present invention relates to a support film comprising polyethylene oxide (PEO) and polyethylene glycol (PEG). And an adhesion layer formed on one or both sides of the support layer and including an adhesive layer comprising polyethylene oxide (PEO), polyethylene glycol (PEG), alginate and chitosan. The present invention can provide an anti-adhesion film that has excellent strength, does not warp or shrink, and exhibits excellent anti-adhesion properties by forming an adhesive layer on one side or both sides of the support layer. Further, the present invention can provide an adhesion preventive film capable of improving the stickiness to the mucous membrane by using polyethylene oxide (PEO), polyethylene glycol (PEG), alginate and chitosan as components of the adhesive layer.
