The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition using apigenin, germanium, and amino acid. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition using apigenin, germanium, and amino acid, wherein the cosmetic composition can delay skin aging and at the same time can effectively improve skin stability by having effects of improving skin moisturizing power, improving elasticity, and promoting skin regeneration.
