<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventing or improving agent of muscular fatigue, capable of improving the durability of the muscle, the preventing or improving agent of fatigue caused by the lack of iron and a food composition. <；P>；SOLUTION: In the case that siderophore or a chelate complex of the siderophore with ferric ion is orally administered, it is found out each of the facts that the iron is absorbed in a good efficiency in a living body and distributes much in the muscle, and that the distribution rate in the muscle is very high as compared with that of inorganic iron. Also, by the oral administration of the siderophore or the chelate complex of the siderophore with ferric ion, it is found out that as compared with the administration of the inorganic iron, the durability of the muscle becomes higher, the stored amount of iron in the living body is increased as the content of iron in the muscle tissue increases, prevention and improvement of anemia, improvement of stamina and alleviation effects of tiredness or weariness are obtained. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
