A pharmaceutical composition comprising: (a) a compound of formula 1 wherein: n is 1 or 2； R<；SUP>；1 <；/SUP>；is hydrogen, halogen, C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkyl, or O-C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkyl； R<；SUP>；2 <；/SUP>；is hydrogen, halogen, C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkyl, or O-C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkyl； and R<；SUP>；3 <；/SUP>；is hydrogen, C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkyl, OH, halogen, O-C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkyl, O-C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkylene-COOH, or O-C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkylene-COO-C<；SUB>；1-4<；/SUB>；-alkyl, or an enantiomer, mixture of enantiomers, or racemate thereof, or an acid addition salt with pharmacologically acceptable acids thereof, or a solvate or hydrate thereof； and (b) another active substance 2, wherein the molar ratio of the compound of formula 1 to the active substance 2 is 1:10 to 12:1.
