PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heartbeat measurement device, a heartbeat measurement method, and a driver monitoring system capable of measuring a heartbeat without contacting a subject irrespective of the movement of the subject.SOLUTION: A heartbeat measurement device includes a reception part for receiving a UWB (Ultra Wideband) signal that transmits a subject, and a measurement part for measuring a heartbeat of the subject using at least one of a center frequency or an amplitude of the received UWB signal.
