In the food production line, alcohol is provided to the mixing mechanism (101) by means of the alcohol supply mechanism (102), and then the alcohol is added to the semi-finished products formed by the mixing mechanism (101); and water of the bacterial protein is absorbed by using the alcohol, so that bacteria are dehydrated, degenerated and solidified, so as to effectively kill bacteria and putrefactive microorganisms or inhibit the survival and the growth of the bacteria and putrefactive microorganisms, thereby prolonging the freshness keeping period and the quality guarantee period.
