PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbicide composition that is highly safe for cultivation plants, and can effectively control a wider range of weeds at a lower dosage by a synergistic effect of active ingredients, a use method and a weed controlling method.SOLUTION: A herbicide composition contains, as an active ingredient, three herbicides combining: flumioxazin at least one compound selected from photosynthesis inhibitors and at least one compound selected from VLCFA (very-long-chain fatty acid) synthesis inhibitors that exhibit effect in soil treatment.
