PURPOSE: A punching apparatus is provided to prevent damage to multiple punching pins by elastically pressing the punching pins using elastic members. CONSTITUTION: A punching apparatus comprises a body(10), a lifting block(20), a lifting unit(30), multiple punching pins(40), and a control unit(50). The lifting block is coupled to the body and has a hollow part(21) and multiple through holes. The lifting unit is connected to the lifting block and lifts the lifting block. The punching pins are slidably inserted into the through holes of the lifting block. The control unit is connected to the outer ends of the punching pins and protrudes or inserts the inner ends of the punching pins from/to the hollow part of the lifting block.본 발명은 식재료에 다수개의 구멍을 형성하는 타공장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 타공장치는 상기 타공핀(40)이 슬라이딩블록(54)에 형성된 결합부(54b)에 전후진가능하게 결합된 상태로 탄성부재(55)에 의해 전진되도록 탄성가압되므로, 타공핀(40)의 내측단이 중공부(21)의 내부로 돌출되어 식재료에 구멍을 형성할 때, 타공핀(40)이 식재료의 딱딱한 부분에 부딪혀 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
