1. A skin care composition comprising Bursera simaruba seed extract and a cosmetically acceptable topical carrier. The skin care composition of claim 1, wherein said cosmetically acceptable topical carrier comprises a topical ingredient selected from the group consisting of surfactants, chelating agents, softeners, moisturizers, conditioners, preservatives, opacifiers, flavorings and their combinations. 3. The skin care composition of claim 1, wherein said cosmetically acceptable topical carrier is an emulsion. The skin care composition of claim 1, wherein said Bursera simaruba seed extract is extracted with a solvent selected from the group consisting of C-C alcohols, C-C glycols, liquid carbon dioxide, C5-C8 hydrocarbons, water, and combinations thereof. The skin care composition of claim 4, wherein said solvent is selected from the group consisting of water, ethanol, methanol, liquid carbon dioxide, and combinations thereof. The skin care composition of claim 1, comprising up to about 20% weight. said Bursera simaruba seed extract. 7. The skin care composition of claim 1, comprising from about 0.01 to about 5% of said Bursera simaruba seed extract. The skin care composition according to claim 1 in the form of a solution, suspension, lotion, cream, serum, gel, lipstick, spray, ointment, washing liquid, bar of soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, paste, foam, powder, mousse, shaving cream, hydrogel or film-forming product. 9.
