PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a gummy candy which contains a reduction type coenzyme Q10 in a physicochemically stable state and a gummy candy which contains a reduction type coenzyme Q10 in a physicochemically stable state, obtained by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a gummy candy with a composition including at least saccharide, gelatin, and a reduction type coenzyme Q10 includes the steps of: (I) heating and dissolving saccharide and gelatin in water so as to prepare a gummy candy base (II) preparing a flowable liquid which contains not only a reduction type coenzyme Q10 and gelatin but also vitamin C and/or gallate-type catechin and (III) mixing the gummy candy base and the flowable liquid. The gummy candy which contains a reduction type coenzyme Q10 in a physicochemically stable state is obtained by the manufacturing method.
