Independent claims are included for: (1) a mixture, comprising (I), and a hydroxyflavone compound of formula (II)； and (2) preparation, preferably a food or enjoyment preparation, a pharmaceutical preparation, a cosmetic preparation or a dermatological preparation, comprising (I).
