Provided is a suture needle comprising: a suture having a first end and a second end； and a surgical needle that is attached to the first end. The suture comprises: a loop formed between the first end and the second end； and two or more knots formed by winding a portion of the suture around the base of the loop. The first end is drawn out from a knot toward the loop side, such knot being, from among the knots, the knot formed at the position closest to the loop.L'invention concerne une aiguille de suture comprenant : une suture ayant une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité ； et une aiguille chirurgicale qui est fixée à la première extrémité. La suture comprend : une boucle formée entre la première extrémité et la seconde extrémité ； et deux ou plusieurs nœuds formés par enroulement d'une partie de la suture autour de la base de la boucle. La première extrémité est tirée hors d'un nœud vers le côté de boucle, un tel nœud étant le nœud, parmi les nœuds, formé dans la position la plus proche de la boucle.縫合糸針は、第一端と第二端とを有する縫合糸と、第一端に取り付けられた縫合針とを備え、縫合糸は、第一端と第二端との間に形成されたループと、ループの根元に縫合糸の一部を巻き付けて形成された２個以上のノットとを有し、ノットのうち、最もループ寄りの位置に形成されたノットからループ側に第一端が引き出されている。
