PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting washer achieving further sure prevention of weed propagation, and to provide a method for attaching the same.SOLUTION: A planting washer 1 prevents weed propagation from a planting hole part 102 by forming the planting hole part 102 on a weed-proofing sheet 100 laid on the ground, and covering the planting hole part 102 after plantation on the ground exposed from the planting hole part 102. The washer includes a disk part 10 having in the center a hole part 12 for arranging the stem of a planted plant and a plate surface larger than the planting hole part 102, a rib 20 arranged in a standing condition from the plate surface of the disk part 10, and a tape 30 having stickiness on both surfaces for joining the circumference of the planting hole part 102 on the weed-proofing sheet 100 and the circumference of the plate surface of the disk part 10. The disk part 10 has a lotus-like part 14 having a fan-like deletion part 15, and a fan-like part 16 fitting into the deletion part 15 and attachably and detachably formed on the lotus-like part 14.
