PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a xenon CT apparatus with reduced workload of an operator, capable of highly accurately calculating an amount of cerebral blood flow of a subject without depending on the operator, and further reducing an exposure amount of the subject.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus body 18 of a xenon CT apparatus 10 is a cone beam CT apparatus, and acquires brain tomographic images orthogonal to a prescribed direction as the plurality of first CT images with first slice thickness d1 along the prescribed direction.
