PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection apparatus capable of simply and automatically performing aging without separately preparing a shutter moving mechanism or the like including a dedicated motor and a guide member for aging.SOLUTION: When a power supply is turned on, a stage 10 is moved in X and Y directions by driving of stage moving mechanisms 23a and 23b and an X-ray source stops at an aging position below an X-ray shielding plate 13 disposed on the side of a support plate 11 in the stage 10.
