PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that surgical instruments and the like used in a surgery are left for a long time before they are subjected to cleaning and sterilization and disinfection, so adhered blood and other organic substances are fixed, posing a difficult problem of cleaning fixed blood and other organic substances, thus requiring washing by human hands, which poses another problem that even if the surgical instruments are later cleaned by an automatic cleaning apparatus, individual differences may arise in cleaning results and the following sterilization and disinfection are influenced, thus requiring a high degree of manual technique, management, time, and expenses.SOLUTION: The fixation of blood and other organic substances adhered to surgical instruments and the like makes their cleaning and sterilization and disinfection difficult. Thus, in order to eliminate the time for which the blood and other organic substances adhered to surgical instruments and the like fix after a surgery, to exclude manual operations likely to cause individual differences in results, and to enable fully effective cleaning in a short time, the present invention provides a physical cleaning method with which surgical instruments and the like placed on a basket (10) rotating like a turntable are jetted with a cleaning liquid such that all faces of the surgical instruments and the like are directly applied with the liquid by a plurality of wide-angle spray nozzles (5), (6) which are mounted to the bottom part (2) of a cleaning chamber and the lid (3) of the cleaning chamber respectively, and the basket (10) being arranged in the middle between the bottom part and the lid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術器具等の使用後から洗浄および滅菌消毒までの経過時間が長いため、付着血液等の有機物が固着する、固着した血液等の洗浄除去は困難であることから、必ず人手による手洗いが必要であり、その後行われる自動洗浄装置による洗浄を経ても、結果の個体差を生じる可能性が有り、滅菌消毒の結果にも影響するため、高度な手技と管理および時間と費用が必要である。【解決手段】器具等付着の血液等有機物の固着が、洗浄および滅菌消毒を困難にする原因であるため、手術器具等使用後、血液等有機物が固着する時間を与えず、結果の個体差を生じやすい人手を排して、短時間に十分有効な洗浄を可能とす
