Provided are pyridone disulfide derivatives of the following formula (I), a process for producing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition thereof. The present pyridone disulfide derivatives are used to treat gastrointestinal diseases, wherein R1, R2, R3 are independently alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, halogenated alkoxy, halogenated alkyl, hydrogen, the same or different X may be CH or N. R1 is methyl, methoxy, fluorine, trifluoromethyl, difluoromethoxy, and hydrogen, R2 is methyl, methoxy, and hydrogen, and R3 is methyl and hydrogen. [Chemical 1]下記式（Ｉ）のピリドンジスルフィド誘導体、その製造方法、および、その医薬組成物を提供する。本ピリドンジスルフィド誘導体は胃腸病を治療するために使用され、式中、Ｒ１、Ｒ２、Ｒ３は、独立して、アルキル、アルコキシ、ハロゲン、ハロゲン化アルコキシ、ハロゲン化アルキル、水素であり、同じでも異なっていてもよく、ＸはＣＨまたはＮである。Ｒ１は、メチル、メトキシ、フッ素、トリフルオロメチル、ジフルオロメトキシ、および、水素であり、Ｒ２は、メチル、メトキシ、および、水素であり、Ｒ３は、メチルおよび水素である。【化１】
