PURPOSE: A supplementary device for mounting a nail straightening device and a nail straightening device which is mounted by using the same are provided to completely adhere to a nail or a toenail which is to be straightened, and to maximize straightening effect on a deformed nail or a toe nail by having a constant elastic force regardless of the temperature of a body.CONSTITUTION: A supplementary device for mounting a nail straightening device(1) comprises an elastic block(100), and a pair of projections(200). The elastic block is placed in parallel with a nail or a toenail to be straightened, where the side ends of the nail or the toe nail are rolled inside and deformed, in the length direction of the nail or the toenail. The elastic block has elasticity and a square shape which is elastically contracted and restored in the width direction of the nail or the toenail. The projections are separated with a fixed space in parallel with each other in the width direction, and respectively caught in both ends of the nail or the toe nail.
