A multi-use disposable set (MUDS) has at least one syringe having a proximal end and a distal end spaced from the proximal end along a longitudinal axis. The MUDS further includes a plunger that can reciprocate between the proximal end and the distal end within the syringe. The manifold is in fluid communication with the distal end of at least one syringe. At least one valve is in fluid communication with the interior of the syringe. The at least one valve is operable between a filling position for filling fluid inside the syringe and a delivery position for delivering fluid from inside the syringe. The at least one connection port is in fluid communication with the manifold and the syringe interior when the at least one valve is in the delivery position. A multifluid delivery system having a medical connector and MUDS is also provided.
