The present invention relates to a system for drying laver. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for drying laver. By coating the floor and wall surfaces of a drying chamber as well as a surface of a guide damper for guiding air heated air with lacquer, the components of lacquer with strong expellent effects removes harmful hydrochloric acid components contained in laver while drying laver, and also prevents propagation of microorganism such as fungus, bacteria, and virus, thereby enabling clean production of laver.본 발명은 김 건조 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 건조실 내의 벽면과 바닥, 그리고 가열된 공기를 안내하는 가이드 댐퍼 표면에 옻칠 코팅을 하여 시설함으로써, 김 건조 과정에서 제독 효과가 강한 옻칠 성분이 김에 함유된 유해한 염산 성분을 제거하고, 곰팡이, 세균 및 바이러스와 같은 미생물 번식을 억제하여 위생적인 김을 생산할 수 있는 김 건조 시스템에 관한 것이다.
