Cutting edges 3 of the knife protrusions 4 are eccentric with respect to the center of the disc and are inclined in one direction, that at the input peripheral edge of the discs, the angle of inclination of the cutting edges 3 of the stator blades is greater than the angle of inclination of the cutting edges of the rotor blades by 7…10°.
