PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simpler and less costly apparatus for processing biological fluids.SOLUTION: There is provide a fluid filtration system which includes: a functional biomedical device 21 having an inlet 23 and an outlet 24 a first biological fluid container 29 located at the upstream of a fluid filtration apparatus, which has an outlet a first tubing 27 in fluid communication with the outlet of the first biological fluid container and the inlet of the functional biomedical device a biological fluid receiving container 33 located at the downstream of the fluid filtration apparatus, which has an inlet and a second tubing 32 in fluid communication with the inlet of the biological fluid receiving container and the outlet of the fluid filtration apparatus.
