PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine carrying device, which can be inserted under the skin with no pain, and efficiently administering medicine, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing a die for manufacturing the medicine carrying device.SOLUTION: The medicine carrying device 1 comprises a plurality of roughly conical projections 3, and a base part 2 in which the projections are placed at a constant interval. The projection is provided with a fluid reservoir 4 to be capable of retaining fluid.
