A masticatory orthodontic correction device includes at least one correctionunit with a rigid body. The correction unit is worn on a maxillary ormandibulardental arch of a patient during mastication, and the shape of the correctionunit ismaintained without deformation when accommodating teeth. At least one firstrecess is formed in the correction unit and has a shape which leaves a firstspacearound a first tooth of the maxillary or mandibular dental arch. The firsttooth is atooth in malposition requiring correction, and the first space allows thefirst tooth tomove therein during mastication. At least one buffering member is formed inthefirst space for transmitting and buffering force between the first recess andthe firsttooth. The orthodontic correction function of the device is active underocclusalloads generated during mastication.
