The internal surface of the cover element is covered at least in part with a heating layer (3a, 3b) able to emit far-infrared radiation in at least part of the internal volume. The infrared sudation device includes a housing of photocatalyst (4), permeable to the infrared radiation emitted, supporting a photocatalyst (5) and arranged in proximity to the internal face of the heating layer (3a, 3b) so as to allow the photocatalyst to be activated using the energy supplied by the infrared radiation emitted.
