The invention discloses a movable electrode of a variable capacitor, which comprises a platy pressure sensing part and an elastic deformation part arranged in the radial direction of the platy pressure sensing part, wherein the pressure sensing part and the elastic deformation part are connected together and when the force is applied to the pressure sensing part in the axial direction, the elastic deformation part can generate corresponding deformation to enable the pressure sensing part to move along the axial direction. The invention also discloses an electrode device adopting the movable electrode, a pressure sensor and a pressure gauge adopting the pressure sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. By adopting the invention, the pressure sensor has fewer parts, simpler assembly processes, higher production efficiency and lower manufacturing cost.
