PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cosmetic composition which is not blurred on the skin even if applied and can thickly draw a brilliant drawing line at a low viscosity with less drip (dropping) and further to provide a liquid cosmetic composition for eye makeup which can thickly draw a brilliant drawing line without color irregularity in a brilliant drawing line due to the vertical difference in hue even if an elongated brush tip is used.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid cosmetic composition for eye makeup which comprises at least an aqueous emulsion of an acrylic acid-based polymer having a glass transition point of 20°C or less obtained by polymerization of monomers selected from an acrylic acid monomer, a methacrylic acid monomer, an acrylic ester monomer and a methacrylic ester monomer, a fermented cellulose, a colorant containing at least a flat pigment and water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】塗布しても皮膚の上で掠れず、タレ落ち（ボタ落ち）の少ない低粘度で光輝性の描線が濃く描ける液体化粧料組成物を提供する。また、細長い筆穂を用いた場合にも、色相の上下差による光輝性の描線の色むらもなく、光輝性の描線が濃く描けるアイメイク用液体化粧料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】アクリル酸モノマー、メタクリル酸モノマー、アクリル酸エステルモノマー、メタクリル酸エステルモノマーから選ばれるモノマー同士を重合することにより得られるガラス転移点２０℃以下のアクリル酸系ポリマーの水性エマルジョンと、発酵セルロースと、少なくとも平板状顔料を含む色材と、水とすくなくとも含むことを特徴とするアイメイク用液体化粧料組成物。【選択図】図１
