PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an animal to selectively give birth to a male or female by maintaining the vagina interior of the animal in an acid or alkaline environment for a short time.SOLUTION: A method is provided for injecting pH-adjusted electrolyzed water into the vagina of an animal. Electrolytic water is to be unsalted electrolyzed water produced by a three-chamber type electrolytic generator having a diaphragm (an ion exchange membrane) excelling in preservability. Lubricating liquid and an insertion hose prepared for injecting the unsalted electrolyzed water into the vagina are used to form the vagina interior in an acid or alkaline environment, and this environment is maintained for a short time to allow an animal to selectively give birth to a male or female.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】動物の膣内を短時間の間、酸性環境またはアルカリ環境に保持して、動物の雌雄の産み分けを可能とする。【解決手段】動物の膣内をpH調整された電解生成水を注入する方法であり、電解水においては保存性に優れた隔膜(イオン交換膜)を有する三室型電解生成装置で生成される無塩電解生成水とする。無塩電解生成水を膣内に注入するため作成された挿入用ホースと潤滑液を使用し、膣内を酸性環境またはアルカリ環境に形成してこの環境を短時間の間保持することにより、動物の雌雄の産み分けを可能とする。【選択図】図1
