The present invention relates to a device for puffing grains which puffs grains of brown rice, rice, maize, soybeans, etc. in an extrusion method without using an additional heating device and more specifically, to a device for puffing grains which can be miniaturized and allows a maintenance work and a cleaning work to be effectively made after grain puffing has been made. A device for puffing grains comprises a body unit； a grain supply unit, installed in the body unit, which receives grains inserted from the outside and includes a grain input unit for discharging contained grains to the lower part when a certain amount of the grains is contained； and a grain processing unit, installed in the lower part of the grain supply unit, which receives the grains discharged from the grain supply unit, grinds the grains at the same time, and discharges the grains in a gel state using frictional heat generated in a process of being ground as grains collide with each other.본 발명은 현미, 쌀, 옥수수, 콩 등의 곡물을 별도의 가열 장치를 이용하지 않고 압출하는 방식으로 퍼핑하는 곡물 퍼핑 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 소형화할 수 있고, 곡물 퍼핑이 이루어진 이후에는 보수 및 청소 작업을 효과적으로 할 수 있도록 하는 곡물 퍼핑 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 곡물 퍼핑 장치는 본체； 상기 본체에 설치되며, 외부로부터 투입되는 곡물을 수용하고, 상기 곡물이 일정량 수용되면, 수용된 곡물을 하부로 배출시키는 곡물투입부를 포함하는 곡물공급유닛； 및 상기 곡물공급유닛의 하부에 설치되며, 상기 곡물공급유닛으로부터 배출되는 상기 곡물을 전달받아, 상기 곡물을 분쇄함과 동시에, 상기 곡물이 부딪히며 분쇄되는 과정에서 발생하는 마찰열을 이용해 상기 곡물을 겔 상태로 배출시키는 곡물가공유닛을 포함한다.
